• BUSINESS MANAGER - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Address and verify all the leads received from the marketing team to CRM Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

Control project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design

Guide team to develop ideas based on client's needs, site feasibility and the budget. And compile project specifications

Guide Lead Designers on all their projects and assigned works. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

Ensure team keeps the designs within budgets and timelines. Cooperate and liaise with Construction/Interior professionals

Ensure to explain all the technical and financial aspects of the quote to the client completely

Ensure to get google review and photoshoot for every single successful project. Make sure that the project is completed within the stipulated time frame

Ensure the team follows the design trends and advancements to improve the INB design standards

Dealing with escalations that might come up during design and execution phase

Set a timeline for the design team to complete the design phase of the project

Meet the clients at their site to discuss on the project requirements

Develop and maintain productive and effective relationship with the clients

Provide follow-up support to client
