Job Description

Job Description:

- Being the face of the company and being responsible for new business development and servicing existing clients for a wide variety of events ranging from weddings, brands fashion events, special events and social events.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Master in Event Management or MBA

Work Experience: 5-8+ years in the sales with event/media industry.

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Possess an understanding of luxury and have a strong sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business.

In-depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current on goings in the Indian and global wedding scenario.

Have an eye for detail during planning as well as execution and ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded.

Have exposure as well as experience in developing new businesses.

Must have the ability to lead a team of 10 or more designers and production crew and exhibit leadership through setting a living example.

Have the ability to expand and develop the client and vendor database through networks of his/her own.

Ability to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding starting from the business

development stage, to pitching, budgeting, closures, planning, designing and producing and timely delivery.

Must be able to build, manage and retain high-performing teams.

In-depth understanding of the client's requirements and clearly translating the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.

Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.

Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.

Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.

Oversee the budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.

Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.

Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client's requirement.

Pay: 65,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month
