Job Description -

As a Business Consultant at Alt Tech Foundation, your role is pivotal in driving the commercial aspects of all transactions with our customers so they derive maximum value from our sets of solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with our customers to help them adopt all areas of our product while delivering insights and recommendations that result in measurable client value. This role encompasses elements of a product and use case evangelist, consultant, and project manager.

You will provide in-depth consultations and strategic guidance to optimize customers investments to achieve net-zero benchmarks, while maximising their ROI. Your efforts in fostering long-term relationships will be crucial in driving maximum value for our clients. You will be required to work with multiple clients and offer multiple solutions according to clients needs.

You will have to provide hand-holding support on all solutions executed for the customer.

With support from a variety of teams at Alt Tech Foundation, you will strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction and growth, and help achieve our key business outcomes.

You'll be equipped with extensive resources and a collaborative team structure to ensure efficient support for a high volume of projects.

Roles and responsibilities of the position would be:

  1. You will be in close coordination with our ground level specialists as well as our solutions specialists to understand and convey the full range of expertise Alt Tech offers.
  2. You will have to be able to communicate clearly with customers to help keep their expectations realistically, and to close the business dealing.
  3. Have a thorough understanding of ROI of our sets of solutions and be able to communicate with clients to help upgrade their solution framework with us, and mentor them accordingly.
  4. Travel to clients location for meetings to discuss the issues faced on site or provide an update of the project to them, interact vendor/contractor to understand the project pace and status and understand issues and provide viable solutions if need be or present the same to team to initiate the discussion to resolve the issue
  5. Monitor team members to get regular updates about project status, current pace and output expected
  6. Organize meetings with clients based on the availability and requirement and keep the team informed about such meetings in advance
  7. Ability to meet and tailor client expectations for under progress projects.
  8. Assist team in coordinating.

As Altech's Business Manager you will:

  • Work closely with the clients as well as the projects team to bring complete transparency in outputs.
  • Help in upgrading solutions framework for clients and close deals.
  • Travel on project work with all costs met. Rest of the time will be WFH.

Performance evaluation Matrix is based on the following points:

1. Output of my work in the first quarter or 2-3 months

2. Reduction in project cost (Resource optimisation) and efficient management of resources

3. Extent of assistance and support provided to VK in handling clients and overseeing projects

4. Monitor and support provided to team members
