Job title: Business Lead - Pune & West India

The Business Lead for Pune & West India will oversee all business operations, including project management, customer acquisition and retention, and strategic growth initiatives. This role is critical in managing both ongoing projects and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region. The ideal candidate will have a holistic view of business operations, be capable of handling multiple functions, and drive overall business success in the region.

Job summary:

Oversee the successful execution of projects in Pune & West India, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, acting as the main point of contact for client needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, driving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence.

Manage all day-to-day operations in the region, ensuring operational efficiency across functions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve operational challenges.

Monitor financial performance, managing budgets and identifying areas for cost optimization.

Lead, mentor, and develop the regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements in all regional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Masters in business administration, Project Management, or a related field., bachelor's in engineering would be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates from top-tier business schools with strong potential and leadership qualities will also be considered

Ability to manage clients and delivering successful projects.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage customer relationships.

Ability to oversee multiple functions and maintain a holistic view of business operations.

Experience working in Pune and West India markets is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to drive growth and develop successful business strategies.
