Job Description
Business Intelligence Sr.Data Analyst
- Proficient in SQL: Hands-on experience with complex queries, data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies, analyze data trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- ETL Knowledge:Familiarity with SSIS packages and end-to-end data pipeline testing.
- Data Quality Assurance:Skilled in ensuring data accuracy, performing system testing, and reconciling inconsistencies.
- Excel Expertise:Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formula-based data manipulation.
- Strong Communication:Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement:Experience in addressing system inefficiencies and improving manual workarounds.
- Reporting and MI Development:Proficient in developing management information systems and centralized reporting solutions.
- Project Coordination:Adept at managing activities across multiple teams, mitigating risks, and tracking project progress.
- Experience with Insurance/Finance Clients:Goodunderstanding of the insurance domain, including regulatory requirements like IFRS17.
