Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Reporting & Dashboards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing reporting and dashboard solutions to support business operations and decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to create meaningful reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy interactive dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of reporting systems and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to users on accessing and utilizing reports and dashboards.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to support business initiatives.
• Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data reporting and visualization.
