Contributes as a member of the Enterprise Business Intelligence team. Responsible for migrating BI assets (including BusinessObjects universes/reports) from our legacy Oracle database to the Snowflake platform. This role will also help migrate existing analytics to Sigma Computing, working closely with the EBI team & our customers to ensure requirements are scoped properly and expectations are met.
Required Skills-
- Strong SQL / database experience with Snowflake, Oracle & Postgres
- Experience with BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects and Sigma
- Familiarity with healthcare or ERP data
- Ability to translate Oracle SQL to Snowflake
- Ability to build comprehensive reports / visualizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Roles & Responsibilities-
- Lead the effort to migrate existing SAP BusinessObjects universes and reports from an Oracle database to Snowflake
- Analyze existing BI content for opportunities to reduce the document population by combining or deprecating reports/dashboards where appropriate
- Prioritize BI content to move the highest value-add dashboards to Sigma
- Support the BI development team by assisting on other projects as assigned
- Stay focused on assigned tasks, directing any distractions/interruptions to mgmt.
- Work alongside engineering, product teams / customers to ensure requirements are met
- Provide quality assurance for assigned development / migration
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Education and Experience-
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience
- Experience with BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects and Sigma .
