Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of proven expertise in data analysis, SQL proficiency, and data visualization capabilities. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :-

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough and insightful data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes and support decision-making processes.

SQL Proficiency: Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from complex databases efficiently. Experience with optimizing SQL queries for performance is highly desirable.

Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams and departments, including but not limited to marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to solve business challenges.

Problem-Solving: Apply analytical rigor and critical thinking to tackle complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and generate actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data through thorough validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes. Identify and address data inconsistencies or discrepancies as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong emphasis on SQL proficiency and data visualization capabilities.

Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business insights and inform decision-making processes.

Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
