Business Intelligence Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join us at our facility in Gurugram.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PowerBI, TSQL, SparkSQL, and possess exceptional communication skills. Experience with Python, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft OneLake, Microsoft Fabric, and other Microsoft Cloud tooling would provide a significant advantage. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and driving our data strategy forward.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
• Utilize TSQL, SparkSQL, and ADF to write complex queries, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Design and implement data models to support BI solutions and reporting requirements within a Fabric medallion environment.
• Create objects that adhere to internal naming conventions and fit within existing architecture.
• Leverage Python to enhance data analysis capabilities, build ETL processes, and integrate with other data systems.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for advanced analytics and data manipulation.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on PowerBI, TSQL, and/or SparkSQL.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing BI solutions and reports.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and movement is a strong plus.
• Experience with ADF, OneLake, and Fabric is a differentiator
