About The Role
As a Process Engineer you will rethink and redesign the way work is done and be integral to enabling automation and simplification programs to deliver great employee experiences, remove inefficiencies and reduce operating costs for the Talent & Culture function.
The role's main purpose is to provide analysis and insight into process review to support effective process uplift and enhanced maturity for the T&C function. You will work side-by-side with the Process Engineering team, multiple process and system owners to deliver this capability.

What will your day look like
- Responsible for quantifying current state process performance, documenting SME pain points and identifying the key improvements required to improve performance and facilitating implementation of changes and assessment of benefits
- Provide input on the initiatives identified and being prioritised as to whether they will have simplification process improvement opportunities and potential benefits
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand the e2e initiative through current state assessments and value stream mapping
- Solving business problems using strong analytical skills including speed of converting input information to meaningful data, data analysis with latest analytical tools/ approaches, making effective decisions using critical thinking ability
- Work with business SMEs to document processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in Signavio
- Continuously assess and understand the operational requirements to improve operational performance and business processes.
What will you bring
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 10+ years of experience in Process re-engineering into Banking domain.
- Strong technical lean/process engineering expertise, based on a fundamental understanding of the underlying principles and what we are trying to achieve
- Ability to work hands-on, collaboratively and with passion and energy as part of a team
- Logical and structured thinking and comfort with both data analysis and ambiguity, resulting in the ability to pragmatically break down complex problems, understand the key drivers and the improvement areas that will result in the biggest impact(s)
- Understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and demonstrate ability to conduct process modelling at the right levels
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results in compressed timeframes across a variety of businesses, countries and products
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms and simplify complex messages to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with process modelling and analysis solutions including SAP Signavio highly regarded
- Knowledge and/or experience with Lean Six Sigma, Human Centred Design and/or Agile highly regarded.
Good To Have Knowledge, Skills, And Experiences.
- Experience in automations and evaluating potential & actual efficiency impacts of automation implementation.
- Technical understanding of AI and Digitization technologies
- Experience developing and supporting metrics to assess and monitor process efficiency.
