Business Human Resource Partner

Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Human Resource Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of providing strategic HR support to business leaders. The role requires an individual who is able to work independently, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with business objectives
• Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders to drive decision-making

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Human Resource Partner in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in leading recruitment processes
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Experience in analyzing HR data to provide insights to business leaders
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
