The person will be
Managing a workforce of 400+ across multiple businesses (Branch Broking, Bank Channel, Franchisee, Digital Business, Customer Services & Operations) for south region.
Spearheading Recruitment, Overseeing Employee Engagement Initiatives & Benefits Administration, Business Partnering, Performance Management, Success Profiling, Handling Disciplinary & Grievances
Driving the HR Business Partner functions - , Channel Partners and Operations.
Handling and leading a team of regional Business HR
Talent hunt & acquisition through Campuses, Consultants, Referral Programs, e-Sourcing, Internal Job Posting and Walk-ins.
SPOC to drive induction & orientation programs for South
Responsible for Goal Setting, Career Progression Plan (CPP) and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Employee connect through branch visits, Employee Engagement activities and R&R Programs.
Requirements
MBA(HR) with 7-12 years of experience of talent acquisition in Banking/financial services/Broking industry
