Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze various business model.
  

• Provide analysis on companies market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  

• Study Business Financial Balance Sheet, Profile / Loss & Cash flow statement to prepare a brief on finance health of the companies.
  

• Interact with business promoter, Sr. Management personnel to understand company's financial requirements.
  

• Analyze short & long term business risks.
  

• Prepare short & long term business projections & opportunities
  

• Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates.
  

• Manage assignments with minimal intervention.
  

• Manage communication rhythm with stakeholders on regular basis.
  

• This position requires travel approximately 50% of the time.
  
• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, CA , or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
