Business Head Garment Export
Roles & Responsibilities
a. Manage overall process of Buyers from sampling till shipment.
b. Strategically plan the needs of Customer as per the Business with optimizing overall cost and
resources available.
c. Yearly planning of sales budgets and their outcomes accordingly.
d. Taking complete Ownership from Generating Business to Shipment stage. Handling Teams and
executing on time.
e. Identifying new Business though email, phone, reference or personal visit. Local & International
Travel when need arises.
f. Developing good rapport with existing Customers to expand sales.
g. Setting goals and directions for the Teams to achieve desirable output.
h. Signing off all costing sheet thus minimizing the expenses and maximizing the profit margins.
i. To have complete Industry knowledge and to keep one updated with the current market trend
for smooth functioning.
j. To make all departments work together complying with policies of the Organization for
producing better results.
k. Regular interaction with Factory and Production Team in managing day to day business which
will keep the staff motivated.
l. Ensuring all the shipment on time with proper quality mechanism in place and in-terms thus
building confidence in Buyers.
Skills & Qualification:-
a. Graduate in any stream.
b. Minimum 20 years of experience out of which 5 years should be functioning as a Business Head
& New Business Development.
c. Staying nearby western/central suburbs will be preferred however not a mandate.
