Job Title: Business Head - Real Estate Sales

Job Overview:

The Business Head - Real Estate Sales will be responsible for leading the real estate sales division and driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

- Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and the achievement of sales goals. Recruit, train, and develop team members.

- Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.

- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and enhance the companys brand.

- Revenue and Profitability:

Ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, product offerings, and partnerships.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

- Budget Management:

Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

- Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and successful client experiences.

Requirements:

- Educational Background:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the real estate sector.

- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
