Role: Business Head (e-commerce) B2B Marketplace
Experience: 15-20 years
CTC : 28-30 LPA
Responsibilities:
1.Manage a P&L
2.Develop business strategies for both buyer and seller on-boarding and execute the same with the central business function
3.Acquire SME, Mid-sized companies and Large Enterprises to join platform
4.Minimize investment by managing the cost of acquisition (COA)
5.Design and execute Buyer & Seller engagement process to ensure customers are actively engaged with the platform
6.Instill buyer & seller service orientation amongst the team, thus maximize revenue by ensuring buyers repeat orders.
7.Collect business needs of the businesses and work with the product team to define the product improvement plan and feature bundling to meet the needs of a larger set of buyers
8.Hire, train and retain a team of people to meet and advise the vendor on their digital business promotion strategy and build lasting relationships with vendors and customers
9.Design product and pricing strategies to acquire more customers
10.Willingness to dive deep in understanding the product, business, and competitive landscape
11.Evaluatethecompetitorinformationandcreatestrategytokeep ahead of the competitor
12.Work with the digital agency to do active digital marketing on top of physical marketing strategy
13.Derive multi-year business plan
Skills Preferred:
1.Experience of handling a P&L
2.Hands on experience of meeting CXO's/ Owners/ Promoters and making product presentations, negotiating commercial aspects of the proposed solutions, closing sales, maintaining relationships and presenting progress reports
3.Excellent communication skill
4.Strong listening, questioning and networking skills
5.5+ years of experience as Business Head position in any b2b marketplace organization
6.10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
