Role will include:

Major role would be leading and structuring and executing the Sales process, across all channels for our Modular Furniture (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Storages) business Pan India.

  • Owns the overall revenue of Modular business and Manage P&L of the same.
  • Drive sales initiatives, meet revenue targets, and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead a sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Build Sales strategies and business growth plans in the Category.
  • Responsible for both day to day running of the business and developing plans for achieving long/Mid/Short term business goals.
  • Meet sales target on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Ensure relationship with existing Clientele to prevent churn.
  • Keep track of competitive developments.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the strategic plans in the most cost effective & time efficient manner.
  • Responsible to Increase the reach in market, acquiring new customers, increasing return from existing accounts, improving customer experience through Channel and Institutional Sales.
  • Responsible for increasing productivity, reduce down times, streamlining processes.
  • Build and groom a talented team who can support the growth of the business.
