We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head for our Digital & Analytics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, data analysis, and data-driven strategies. They will be responsible for driving the digital and analytical initiatives of the company, leveraging data to inform creative strategies and
enhance D2C Marketing experiences. This role demands a leader with a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
o Lead the Digital &; Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
o Develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
o Collaborate with senior management to align digital and analytics initiatives with overall business goals.
o Develop and execute a roadmap for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts are cohesive and integrated across all channels.
2. Media Specialty:
o Oversee digital media strategies, ensuring optimal use of various media channels.
o Stay updated on the latest media trends and technologies to drive effective media planning and buying.
o Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
3. Data Analysis:
o Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights.
o Implement data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
o Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Data-Driven Strategy:
o Develop and implement strategies based on comprehensive data analysis.
o Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
o Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results.
5. Data-Driven Creative:
o Collaborate with creative teams to develop data-driven creative concepts.
o Use consumer insights and data to inform creative development and ensure relevance.
o Test and refine creative assets based on performance data.
6. Communication Skills:
o Delivering engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences, using visual aids, storytelling, and persuasive techniques to effectively communicate key messages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a media or digital agency.
Strong expertise in data analysis and data-driven strategy development.
Excellent understanding of media channels and digital marketing tactics.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
