Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Head - India Mart/Online to manage and expand our sales through the India Mart/Online platform. The ideal candidate will be a person with a proven track record of selling products on India Mart / Online and will be given the opportunity to build and lead his/her own team in the near future. This position is based in Gurgaon, the position offers competitive salary with full time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- India Mart Sales Management:
- Manage and optimize our India Mart product listings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads generated through India Mart.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales on India Mart.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Team Building:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives as the business grows.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling INNOW's products and services.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Proven experience in selling products on Online Platform India mart.
- Experience in GEM is a plus point.
- Strong understanding of Online Platform India marts platform and features.
- Experience in Water Chemicals is advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in team management or a desire to build and lead a team in the future.
- Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment products is a plus.
