OrangeCross provides out-of-hospital healthcare solutions to patients in Urban India. Its primary business focus is to render intensive nursing care to post-hospitalization patients, at home. Currently the company is operating in the cities of Bhubaneswar (H.O.), Bengaluru and Visakhapatnam.
Position:Business Head -Bengaluru
The Business Head will serve in a leadership role for the Home Health Care Operation at Bengaluru.
Responsibility :
- Responsible for the overall growth of the Business.
- Develop strategy to achieve the business targets and ensure overall profitability.
- Networking with Hospitals, Doctors, Physiotherapists, etc. and making presentations for lead generation.
- Develop and lead a team for effective operations of the business.
- Ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services, adherence to quality standards, and compliance of relevant regulations.
- Developing Vendors- Equipment Suppliers, Pathology Labs, Pharmacy tie-ups etc.
- Visiting Nursing colleges in and around Bengaluru for hiring nurses.
- Provide soft skill training to nurses and other staff.
Credentials :
- Post Graduation , Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience (preferably in Health Care field).
- Candidates from Defence background with Management/Operations experience can be considered.
- Good leadership skills Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada (preferable).
