Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting new accounts and creating new business opportunities, pitching Procloz s services and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture that emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help shape product and service offerings based on market demand and client feedback.
  • Knowledge of using CRM (Salesforce) would be an added advantage.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills along with time management.
  • All in all, someone who is passionate about sales and networking across globe
