Prospecting new accounts and creating new business opportunities, pitching Procloz s services and closing deals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture that emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Implement and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Generate regular reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback and insights to help shape product and service offerings based on market demand and client feedback.
Knowledge of using CRM (Salesforce) would be an added advantage.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
