Business Growth Hacker

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven global Growth Hacker to join our team. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and strategic marketing techniques. You will work for US and Europe region closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, experiment with various marketing channels, and optimize conversion funnels to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop growth strategies aligned with business goals and objectives across US and Europe region.

User Acquisition: Utilize a mix of organic and paid channels to drive user acquisition, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.

Conversion Optimization: Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion funnels to increase conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey.

Experimentation and Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns, messaging, and user experiences.

Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track key metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and ROI.

Product Optimization: Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for product optimization and feature enhancements to improve user engagement and retention.

Retention Strategies: Develop and implement retention strategies to increase user engagement, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Community Building: Build and nurture online communities around the brand to foster engagement, loyalty, and advocacy among users.

Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 year's experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, B2B or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush).
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
