This role will have primary responsibility of handling Project Finance for South Asia, leading statutory responsibility of Project business (Including EPC Business) and supporting ES Finance Manager in day to day operations including managing and controlling the organizations financial processes, making the necessary changes to upgrade and improve process, policies and procedures and support leading various strategic decisions for business. The role envisages multi stakeholders engagement, effective team management to deliver the value. This role has a significant impact in ensuring profitable project delivery and thus contributing significantly in the business effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Supports Business Leaders in managing Project Finance portfolio
Drives strategic decision making for business aligning on profitability and sustainability
Monitors region s performance on ongoing basis. Supports business in growing with right set of strategies. Manages the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Reviews and leads significant projects and analyze value creation for region
Drives and coordinates communication across the Global Finance team and builds collaborative relationships. Establishes and develops engagement with senior management, external partners and stakeholders
Operational & Stakeholder Management
Leads end to end financial processes, planning, statutory and compliance requirements for Project business. Supervises taxation and treasury functions related to EPC / Project business
Supports commercial teams on structuring the contracts with optimum tax structure and finds mitigation plans for the risk involved in critical areas
Drives policy implementation and handles change management. Leads Internal Controls and continuous process improvements for the business focusing on EPC and Project segment.
Leads various cost optimization projects & workgroups and transformation initiatives including IT applications and systems changes - internal / external
Drives team(s) to lead operational closing - monthly / qtrly / yearly
Drives rigor on cash to maintain positive cash flow. Exercises control on overdues and works closely with operations team and customers to achieve planned collection
Leads and mentors core team and defines directions for them to achieve the business results.
