We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst or MIS Specialist to join our Business Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of financial data management. This role will primarily focus on managing data in Google Sheets or Excel to support various financial analysis and reporting activities.
Job Description
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and databases in Google Sheets or Excel to track financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to present key financial insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Management Information
- Systems (MIS) to streamline data management processes.
- Ability to automate reporting/ analysis tasks using scripting, VBA, Google Big
- Query or any other relevant tools.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as required.
