Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end management of SFA solutions.
- To Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SFA processes, set KPI measurements for SFA team members.
- Ensuring comprehensive onboarding training for new joiners on the tool.
- Providing training to the sales team on newly introduced features.
- Ensuring availability of tool features in vernacular languages understood by the team as per geography/territories.
- Review existing processes for data maintenance and hygiene, query resolution, and quality checks on analytics, for the tool's productivity.
- Identify necessary reports and analysis required & Coordinate with the application provider for smooth operations.
- Continuous improvement in master data accuracy: Geo Tagging, Channel Bifurcation, Customer Master, Hierarchy mapping.
- Providing data at specified frequencies to the internal customers as per aligned business needs.
- Maintain regular communication with internal customers, gathering feedback for improvement, as per market insights.
- To review and suggest to enhance existing features and services, aligned to new technologies and automation in trend.
- Review cost-effectiveness and productivity of existing application.
- Suggest feasibility of alternative options with superior features as per latest market trends.
Requirements
Must have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Power BI, Advance Excel, knowledge of SQL,
Nice to have: Masters or equivalent
Must Have
- 7-10 Years of Work Experience as Sales Automation Tool administrator in a FMCG Industry.
- In-depth understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions and their management.
- Proficiency in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and defining KPI measurements.
- Ability to train on tool features & new joiners onboarding orientation.
- Demonstrated experience in on new features.
- Knowledge of localization strategies to ensure availability of tool features in vernacular languages.
- Expertise in reviewing and optimizing processes and SOP's.
- Expertise and Ability to review and manage large data.
Nice to have: At least 3 years of work experience with food companies dealing biscuits / namkeen / snack's.
