Job Description of IT Business Development- - Roles & Responsibilities:
New client acquisition.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.
Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information.- Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.- Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Using this feedback to improve products/services and strengthen client relationships.
- Managing the business development budget effectively, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
IT/ software sales experience is a must.
Good Communication skills in English written and Oral.
- Experience in Generating Leads is must.
