Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Sales of Startup-Vertical of Talent Management Solutions and Key Account Management. Identify new
- opportunities within strategic clients; engage meaningfully with decision makers at the enterprise levels
- Identification and closure of new client accounts.
- Consult with senior level HR spocs to create and promote solutions either in one practice or cutting across practices.
- Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts
- Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus
- Focus on corporate sector- domestic clients
- Manage campus connect programme for corporate clients.
- Conducting national test for corporate clients to fulfil the hiring & staffing needs.
