This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development US Staffing position at NationMind LLC. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, and you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

• Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the US staffing industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the US staffing market and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
