Oversee projects from client acquisition to coordination with the operations team and delivery of the final project to clients.
Be the point of contact between the client and internal teams, and responsible for accurately conveying the client s requirement to the internal teams.
Ensure ongoing support for customer satisfaction and retention.
Effectively manage accounts/client relationships through various activities such as,
- Email, Meetings, LinkedIn reach out, and Calls.
Be open to learning and utilising the latest technologies, services and tools.
Respond to consumer issues that are brought to your notice and promptly address them.
Should be responsible to handle client calls and interpretation events as and when required.
Attending an event, being the main POC between the client and vendors throughout the event.
Once the event is confirmed, create a project task and do the needful.
Keeping track of the events and creating reports every month.
Maintaining Vendor Database and building relationships with Vendors.
Contacting Vendors as and when the event is scheduled and should be able to judge the right vendors for the event.
Getting on Vendor Calls to understand their expectations and match our
requirements.
Understanding the event details of the client, arranging Interpreters, and necessary documents (NDA/Agreement), and attending the specific event.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new vendors through regular communication, feedback, and further development plans.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong email writing abilities.
Proactive approach with the capability to manage, organise, and prioritise workloads independently.
Comfortable with participating in video meetings, recordings, and demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills.
