As Talent Acquisition partners for Renold Chain India, we are looking for dynamic and skilled Engineer to drive business growth by building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role is vital for expanding our Renold Chain India's Distributor base and by generating business orders from existing distributors & new distributors.

Department: Sales (Direct Segment - Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Location: Chennai/Coimbatore
Reporting to: Head Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
To generate the enquiries from existing & new customers through cold calls, market visits for the assigned territory
To prepare and submit the offer to the Customers for the RFQ received on the timely manner for both standard and non-standard products.
To generate orders as per the monthly targets.
To prepare and update MIC matrix (Market - Industry - Customer) of specified regions and update them every Quarter
To prepare annual sales budget for the region with a clarity of existing customers, new customers and new products
To identify new prospects in target segments within the assigned area/ region
To Provide comprehensive technical and application support to customers.
Submit monthly information reports related to RFQ reviews, order conversion, status on new prospects, pending orders, customer complaints, market information (specifically on the competition strategies & their business trends).
To Perform Credit Check for the Customers by coordinating with finance team and to ensure that there is no credit lock for the customers at the time of raising the invoices.
Co-ordinating with Planning and Warehouse & Logistics team and updating the status of the products & dispatch to the Customers. Preparation of the First Information Report (FIR) related to the Customer Complaints and submission of the same to the Quality Department & updating the same in the Customer Query Management (CQM) Portal.
RequirementsPositional Requirements - Functional:
B.E Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of Experience in managing Direct Customers
Must have knowledge on Market (Industrial Products)
Knowledge & experience on forecasting tools.
Must possess good business communication skills.
Knowledge on M3 Infor
Must have knowledge Computer applications (MS Office - Excel, Power Points)
