Job Title: Team Lead_Business Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new leads, conducting webinars, and promoting Achieve Academy services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Conduct webinars, pitch, and promote Achieve Academy services to prospective clients
- Provide career counseling to prospective students, understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products
- Generate sales leads through referrals, cold calling, and other strategies to meet monthly targets
- Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute new marketing initiatives
- Set up meetings, prepare, and deliver pitches to prospective clients
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals
- Collaborate with team members to identify and manage risks
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry
2. Education: Graduation in any degree
3. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Pressure Handling: Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Target-Driven: Ability to work in a target-driven environment
6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills
7. Critical Thinking: Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
