Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and proactive Business Development Executives with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT services industry, including web, mobile, and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
- Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in IT services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Having an experience for Online Bidding.
- Experience with a Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Follow ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience in selling web, mobile, and custom software development services.
- Knowledge of international sales and marketing strategies.
