Business Development- Guide, monitor and supervise stores/ outlets for their daily operation.
Continuously review network performance and identifying improvement opportunities.- Responsible for region franchisee/ stores/ outlets in evaluate their business performance, transfer, merger, and etc.
Responsible for filing and updating the store's information and file management.
- Responsible for the enlarge the network coverage of region.
Responsible for the quality management of stores.- Responsible for standardize the operation process of the outlets, and implementing training in accordance with the relevant standards of HQ.
Responsible for solving and collecting the operation feedback of the stores.
- Responsible for reporting and solving emergencies such as overload parcel, abnormal withdrawal in the store/region.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any equivalent academic studies.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Basic knowledge in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Good interpersonal skills, management skills.
-Candidate fluent in MANDARIN is an added advantage as the roles require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
