Job Description

Job Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Software industry. You will utilize your extensive network to build strong relationships, develop new client partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
