Job Summary
Our company seeks a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager who can help expand our market presence. Our immediate goals for this position include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and carefully managing current client relationships. We require someone who has a strong background in sales or business development. Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record for driving growth are also necessary.
Job Requirements
Solid expertise in UPWORK
Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or any other CRM, for effective lead management.
Create competitive business strategies that align with company goals and targets. End to End Expertise in writing Business Proposals
Identify new business opportunities, and potential clients and provide tailored solutions and quotations
. Technically sound enough to handle client queries and offer solutions.
Should be an expert in areas such as Mobile apps, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Platforms E-commerce, Shopify,, HubSpot sales, etc.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute client-focused solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Expertise in writing Business Proposals
Education qualification can be - BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA
At least: 2+ years experience Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (e-commerce & Web)
Must Have: 3+ years experience with major eCommerce Projects (Magento, Shopify, Woocommerce ) or CMS platforms preferred.
Must have Experience with UPWORK, GURU, PPH, and FIVER bidding portals.
Strong Communication and presentation Skills.
Convincing, Negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge of Lead Generation and closure.
Must have experience with Client Communication and Team handling.
Project Management Skills. Soft Skills required
Self-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies
Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
