Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience across all phases of the sales cycle. They should be adept at establishing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones, all while demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling
  2. Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and business objectives
  3. Client Acquisition from different platform, portals
  4. Onboard highly skilled freelancers to enhance our talent pool
  5. Promote membership plans to freelancers for their benefit and our platform's success

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Previous experience in client management is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • A genuine interest in the field of sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a valuable asset
