Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role involves lead generation, sales planning, RFP preparation, project bidding, and more, with a focus on IT services, software solutions, and staff augmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the IT and software services domain.
- Sales/BD Planning: Create and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- RFP and Proposal Management: Handle the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), create compelling proposals, and participate in project bidding processes.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Project Bidding: Participate in project bidding for software services, staff augmentation, and IT solutions, ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare necessary documents such as sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and delivery to ensure alignment in meeting client needs and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field).
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services or software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an added advantage.
