Startoon Labs Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 medical device company based in Hyderabad, India. Our core activities include R&D and manufacturing of medical devices. Founded by alumni of IITs and IIMs, we aim to build world-class healthcare products and solutions in India. As a young, dynamic, and fast-growing startup, we are passionate about creating a research ecosystem in our society. Startoon Labs is incubated by T-Hub, Govt. of Telangana and supported by DBT, Meity, Govt. of India.

Experience: 3 - 7 years

What we are looking for :

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (MBA- Marketing preferred).

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

3. Proven track record of success in sales/business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

4. Ability to work and deliver under strict deadlines.

5. Negotiation experience and pricing experience.

6. Able to do domestic and international business travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand the client requirements and pitch the product to the customer accordingly.

2. Rapid assess market and business opportunities.

3. Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization's products and services.

4. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking and secure new business opportunities.

5. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

6. Grow long-lasting relationships that address the client's needs. Drive referrals from the existing clients.

7. Drive the projects to convert into the successful business revenues.

8. Intensely follow up with prospects through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.

9. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs and develop winning sales strategies that give us a competitive edge.

10. Achieve the targets assigned by the Company.
