We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and new client acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct effective email campaigns to engage with potential clients and nurture leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving targets and maximizing revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3 to 6 years in business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
