Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We are one of the leading construction machinery equipment and tools selling company, Founded in 1985.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Assist in developing marketing and sales campaigns and strategies.
• Assisting the clients with their technical queried & make them aware about the product and how it could benefit them at their site needs to be added.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for business growth.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor business development processes within the organization to increase the business revenue and growth.
• Collaborate with clients through social media, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with other departments to create materials that will support sales efforts.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Keep an accurate record of client data and sales activities.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.tech), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
