Skoolz is all set to enter B2C with exciting upcoming B2C product lines like a Comic Generator, Cartoon Creation tools, and Joyful Learning modules that engage children through fun and interactive games.
Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach in B2B (school partnerships) and B2C (parental engagement) markets. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate sales leads, build strong client relationships, and promote our innovative products and services to schools and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Drive lead generation and conversion for school partnerships through parental leads.
- Promote Skoolz.ins offerings, such as Joyful Learning and Comics Generator, to parents, highlighting their value in enhancing children's education.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and deliver high client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, webinars, and exhibitions to represent Skoolz.in and expand business outreach.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in ed-tech or education-related sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics, with the ability to balance the needs of schools and parents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- It is a 100% work-from-office role
- Experience: 3-8 years
