Job Description

Who You Are:

You are a driven and strategic business development professional with a focus on international markets. You excel at building strong partnerships, negotiating deals, and managing projects end-to-end. Your ability to foster relationships, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to business growth makes you an essential part of the team.

How You Contribute:

  1. Lead business development and sales efforts across ROW markets, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, exploring new avenues for collaboration and expanding market reach.
  3. Manage risks and challenges in new markets by proactively addressing regulatory, operational, and financial concerns
  4. Initiate and manage partner communications, ensuring timely submission of dossiers by RA, promotional materials, and coordination of market activities.
  5. Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with partners, by collaborating with legal ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, regulatory, finance, and supply chain to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial registration through to product dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  9. Act as a key point of contact for all business-related activities in the region, ensuring seamless operations and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in business development and managing international markets (ROW).
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and other locations as needed.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals and growth.
  • MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience
