You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, presenting our services and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a recruitment agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and techniques.
- Experience in cold calling and successfully closing deals.
