Job Description

Job Summary: Skill Arbitrage is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. If you have experience in sales or are a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media).

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue generation.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.

After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Motivation: High energy and a strong desire to achieve goals.
