Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our agency's reach within the real estate and hospitality sectors. In this executive-level position, you will leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to identify, develop, and secure new business partnerships with key decision-makers, including brand managers and owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential leads within the real estate and hospitality industries.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to build relationships with brand managers, owners, and other key decision-makers.
  • Effectively communicate the agency's value proposition, highlighting our expertise in catering to the specific needs of real estate and hospitality brands.
  • Prepare compelling proposals that showcase our creative solutions and demonstrate the agency's ability to deliver exceptional results.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure new client business, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Track and measure the success of business development efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine prospecting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development for an advertising or marketing agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of the real estate and hospitality industries, with a network of established relationships with key decision-makers (brand managers, owners).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate the agency's value proposition.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities
