Job Description

Overview

We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives with expertise in the US mortgage industry, particularly in property research services. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, driving sales, and promoting research and analytical services related to property assessments, valuations, and market trends. This role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US mortgage and property research sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing existing connections in the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative solutions and addressing inquiries related to property research services.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on trends in the US mortgage and real estate markets.
  • Understand key client requirements for property research, including valuations, tax assessments, and market analysis.

Solution Selling:

  • Present and promote property research solutions tailored to client needs, including property profiles, market trend reports, and valuation insights.
  • Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts effectively.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal research teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • 1+ years of sales experience, with a focus on the US mortgage, real estate, or property research industries.
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a KPO/BPO or similar environment.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of property research, valuations, and US real estate market trends.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and sales reporting tools.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze client requirements and align services accordingly.
    • Knowledge of US real estate laws, zoning regulations, and property tax systems.
