Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist at IT SPHERE HUB. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and industry events to generate leads for new projects.

2. **Client Outreach**: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media to pitch IT SPHERE HUB's digital marketing services.

3. **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of working with IT SPHERE HUB.

4. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.

5. **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for new services or project areas.

6. **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and messaging to attract potential clients.

7. **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

8. **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and project acquisition efforts.

9. **Client Needs Assessment**: Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.

10. **Feedback Loop**: Collect feedback from clients post-project to improve services and identify areas for growth.

Salary Structure

  • Basic Salary: 6,000 INR per month.
  • Performance Review: Salary increase after the first month based on performance.

Note: In case no projects are secured in the first month, the company will decide whether to pay the salary or not.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
