Business Development Specialist / Inside Sales Immediate Joining

Job Description:

- We are seeking an energetic & motivated team player to join our international inside-sales team as Business Development Manager/Executive/Inside-Sales based on experience.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting and qualifying leads.

- Candidates should be self-starters and create a fantastic first impression to prospects/clients.

- Conduct market research activity to gather information on prospects, competitors etc

- Follow email, phone and LinkedIn prospecting mantra

- Exceed weekly and quarterly leads target

- Night shift

- Remote location is also fine

Skill Set Required:

- Graduates/Post Graduates with any Specialisation + IT Background a Plus

- A pure go-getter, self motivated, keep the client happy with new approach and achieving numbers.
