Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential business opportunities through various channels.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Cold Calling: Initiate and manage cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and build a sales pipeline.
Client Meetings: Schedule and attend client meetings, adopting a consultative approach to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communication and Presentation: Exhibit excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour in all client interactions.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems such as Lead Squared, Zoho, or similar to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
Client Handling and Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Upselling Skills: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue.
