Job Description

Gryd Co. is a creative agency specialising in content creation, social media management, branding and design, and performance marketing. A team of creative thinkers and problem solvers, we work with a diverse portfolio of sectors from the fashion/ Jewellery/ home & lifestyle/ events/ F&B.

PRIOR CREATIVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development and Lead Generation Candidate to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the fields of business development and sales. You will work closely to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support various sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
  • Outreach: crafting and executing outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, success rates, and insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior creative agency experience
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyse data effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
